This original Dutch-delivered Jaguar XJ6 Series 1 is finished in beautiful Royal Blue and presents in very well maintained condition. With only three owners from new and an extensive history file, this is a particularly attractive example for the enthusiast.

The car underwent a comprehensive restoration in the 1990s, with a large collection of photographs documenting the work available. The paintwork remains in good condition and shows only minor signs of use consistent with the cars age. The original 4.2 litre inline six engine has been thoroughly inspected, serviced, and tuned by Avelingen Restorations. It was subsequently tested on a dynamometer, where it still produced an impressive output of over 174 horsepower. Also upgraded with kenlowe cooling and electronic ignition.

In addition, the automatic gearbox was fully rebuilt by Avelingen Restorations. The result is a Jaguar that shifts smoothly, drives comfortably, and delivers the refined character for which the XJ6 is renowned.
