DAF 66 Marathon Sedan 1975 Variomatic - second owner Unique Original

Very original and from the second owner since 02-01-1975. That makes this DAF 6645 absolutely unique. This Marathon is finished in Inferno red with silver-grey striping and of course equipped with the sports rims. The exterior is further adorned by original yellow Hassia spotlights and bumper rosettes, all an extra option. A Marathon sedan is really nice to see, especially since most are designed as coupes. The sturdy lines in combination with the sports package makes it a tough classic.

The interior is in good and completely original condition. An immaculate dashboard with space in the center console for additional optional VDO meters. The nunnery chairs are in good condition and have not sagged, are very nice and sturdy. The same goes for the back seat. Definitely a feast for the driver, you can see from everything that this DAF has been taken care of. The sky is also crystal clear and without any traces of use. There are still about 30 of this type on registration in the Netherlands.

Technically, the 66 of course has the 1.298cc Marathon 4 cylinder engine with a power of 57 hp and linked to the Variomatic! The DAF drives really perfectly and is very quiet. The Variomatic also sounds very quiet and does not thump. In the engine compartment you can see the originality, which adorns the entire 66.
A beautiful piece of history on wheels and immediately usable for many enjoyable trips.
